IoT Solution enables real-time monitoring of your connected machine's health status, planning of maintenance interventions, as well as opening of support tickets with a single click. Everything you need to achieve exceptional levels of production performance and take your machine to a new dimension.

Package contents:

  • 1 annual on-site visit per machine by CMS (duration: 1 day per machine)
  • Priority phone support / Teamviewer connection
  • Annual IoT Solution license
  • Renewal of Smartive application licenses included
  • 10% spare parts discount* applied after the intervention

Annual package recommended for 1 machine equipped with IoT Solution technology.

 

*At the end of the maintenance visit, a coupon will be provided for use on the eShop
