dmc sd 60, extremely versatile, reliable and user-friendly automatic wide belt sander.
It is ideal for woodworking company that requires precision when carrying out calibrating and sanding operations on solid wood and veneered panels for superior finishing quality.
It features the eye-S control panel and a brand new HMI which follows the Maestro active design system that improves the user experience by enhancing the functionalities of the wide belt sander. With the new control it is possible to manage multiple password-protected user profiles, each with its own level of enablement for scheduling and reporting functions. Another strength of the new control panel is the working programs database, which can be enriched with a wide range of machining information (textual descriptions, images of the products to be sanded, etc.).
“RCS” version (Roller Unit and Combined roller/pad unit) grants higher flexibility and productivity for a top quality finishing in a single passage. Ideal for all “typical” requirements of companies that machine solid wood elements as well as veneered panels.

“Mesar” sectional pad
Higher quality results due to the special shape of the sectors that allows the operator to intervene “softly” but also in an “aggressive” way, simply by varying the working pressure. The setting of the pad position and the possibility of using foils of different thickness increases its versatility.
10” eye-S Control panel with Maestro active s
Simple and intuitive, allowing the operator to set all processing parameters in sequence and then launch them with the touch of a button. The possibility to store various work programs to retrieve the machine settings most commonly used makes it ideal even for unskilled operators.
Diamond-shaped belt
It provides the best work piece traction and the increased support area also ensures maximum stability.
Led indicator for panel introduction.
Simple and intuitive, it communicates to the operator where and when the panel has to be introduced into the machine and optimising the standard wear of the sanding belt; this ensures a better-quality finish and reduced machine costs.
- R140/85 Grooved steel calibrating roller (diameter 140mm) on 1st group provides the maximum precision on heavy calibrating operations, even on wood with a differentiated grain and knotted solid wood;
- R160/45 Grooved rubber-coated pressure (diameter 160mm) roller in 2nd position
- Infeed and outfeed roller conveyors for long workpieces support;
- Belt feed with 0,75 kW (1 hp) mechanical speed variator;
- 10” eye-S control panel with Maestro active s: Simple and intuitive. It allows to manage the machine in manual mode or with working programs which can be configured by the operator;
- Electronic readout of working thickness;
- On/off pneumatic selector on the roller unit for the roller position adjustment according to the abrasive belt width;
- On/off pneumatic selector for pad unit and combined unit. It allows the roller exclusion, or the sanding pad exclusion or both of them, from the sanding process while maintaining the working table position unchanged;

- Oscillating belt cleaning blower on the 2nd group: Electronically controlled timing and only when a component is present in the machine guarantees reliability over time and reduces compressed air consumption to a minimum. Particularly advisable when machining painted panels.

Bei dieser Versandart übergibt SCM die Lieferung einem spezialisierten Spediteur, der einen sicheren Transport durch Fachpersonal gewährleistet. Der Service umfasst:

Wichtig: Aufgrund der Größe der Maschine ist der Kunde für das Abladen vom LKW verantwortlich. Daher ist ein Gabelstapler oder eine andere geeignete Ausrüstung bereitzustellen, um diesen Vorgang sicher durchführen zu können. Der innerbetriebliche Transport und das Aufstellen der Maschine auf dem Betriebsgelände sind nicht inbegriffen.
Wenn die Maschine mit der Installationsoption erworben wurde, wird sich der SCM Service oder ein autorisiertes Zentrum nach der Bestellung mit dem Kunden in Verbindung setzen, um den Installationstermin, die erforderliche Ausrüstung und die zu unterzeichnenden Dokumente zu vereinbaren.
