me 22 è la bordatrice automatica con vasca colla per un utilizzo non intensivo dedicata alla falegnameria artigiana che ha necessità di bordare con grande flessibilità, materiale melaminico, PVC e ABS fino a 2 mm e strisce in massello fino a 5 mm.
La finitura ottimale del bordo è garantita dalla soluzione esclusiva del tappeto di trasporto ad alta aderenza che evita al pannello scatti o pulsazioni tipiche generate dal pignone di un cingolo tradizionale e ne assicura un avanzamento fluido e lineare.
Il quadro comandi con display grafico da 4” e tastiera con tasti “soft touch” a led, posto sul fronte macchina consente un utilizzo semplice ed intuitivo ed una gestione senza errori da parte dell’operatore.

PANEL CONVEYING TRACK: DESIGNED FOR A PERFECT FINISH

The very best finishing of the panel edge is guaranteed by the panel conveying track (exclusive solution), which prevents the panel having the feed affected by the typical pulses generated by the pinion of a traditional feed track and ensures a smooth and linear panel movement.

GLUING UNIT: IDEAL EDGE APPLICATION

The glue is heated rapidly and evenly by the resistances. The automatic lowering of the glue temperature after a temporary halt in production when using the machine avoids burning of the glue. A new innovative system of self-lubrication of the glue pot, allows a more extensive use of the edge banding machine without the necessity of lubrication.
