How can I proceed with the purchase process?

Shopping on SCM's e-shop is a simple and intuitive experience. This practical guide will walk you through the purchase process.

1) Enter in the SCM E-shop by clicking the following link: https://shop.scmgroup.com/scmwood-ca/ca/en/

2) If you are already registered in mySCM / MyPortal you can access the e-shop by clicking «sign in» on the right corner. You will use your credentials to access the e-shop (e.g., username: johnsmith@myscmwood.com)

3) If you are not registered in mySCM / myPortal you need to click the «register» button on the top right corner or to click here. If this is your first SCM product, please follow the steps as "not SCM customer". You will have to fill in a form with your contacts. Once done, please submit your registration;

4) You will receive an automatic email, where you have to click "confirm registration". This will trigger a final email from our system with your user and temporary password;

5) Log-in the e-commerce by clicking the blue «log in» button in the last email you received and insert the credentials received in the last email. The portal will ask you to update the password. Once done, you're good to go!

Once logged in, you can browse the catalog and add desired machines to your cart.

In the product card, you can read about the machine's composition in the 'SPECS' section and explore the product's key benefits.

Product Selection and Price

The payment can be made using a CREDIT CARD. In this case, you can decide to pay a 20% deposit at the time of purchase on the e-shop. However, the payment condition is 100% upon order. Once the payment is received, we will proceed in process the order.

You can receive your order directly at the address you provide (shipping cost will appear at checkout).

The machines are ready for delivery, so it's possible to receive the machine within 3 to 9 working days from payment receipt.

For some of the machines, when you add a machine to your cart, you will see that an installation service is required. A qualified technician will install the machine directly at your company location.
