The si 315es is a top performances joinery machine: cast iron saw unit with 315 mm 12.37” saw blade and scoring unit with independent motor. It provides the best support in all machinings, thanks to the 360 mm (14.19”) width sliding table. Guaranteed maximum accuracy and stability with the blades lifting by means of “dove-tail” guides system and the saw unit tilting by means of two, large, lateral trunnions.
This machine is equipped with a top quality 4.8 horsepower motor for large businesses and smaller workshops with single-phase power.

The cast iron saw unit with a rigid closed loop structure can accommodate a blade of max. 315 mm (12.37”) diameter with the scoring blade mounted, ensuring perfect and easy cutting of veneer panels and thick solid wood material
The saw unit closed loop structure is made of a heavy cast iron and is supported firmly under the table by two lateral supports in a crescent shape: these solutions give strength and rigidity, guaranteeing perfect cutting results
Optimal support also to larger pieces, with the sliding table is 360 mm (14.19”) wide.The guides are secured with a procedure of aluminum riveting, so that to ensure an exceptional precision and smoothness
Panel loading is easy on the large squaring frame with an idle roller at the end. The telescopic squaring fence has two reversible stops so to have precise references on both sides of it

- The lifting of the blade unit is done by a robust cast iron structure with dovetail system for the maximum sturdiness and rigidity

- The angular cutting device with flip-over stops allows to rapidly perform mitre cuts without moving the squaring fence and it is very useful for small work pieces
- The round cross-section sliding bar for the parallel fence with micrometric adjustments ensures a smooth, fast and especially accurate positioning of the fence
