How can I proceed with the purchase process?
Shopping on SCM's e-shop is a simple and intuitive experience. This practical guide will walk you through the purchase process.

1 - PRODUCT SELECTION ▼
Start the purchasing process by browsing the site, looking through the catalogue and adding the desired machines to your cart.
Remember that in the product sheet you can read the composition of the machine in the ‘SPECIFICATIONS’ section and explore the main advantages of the product.
2 - REGISTRATION AND LOGIN ▼
After adding the desired products to the cart, click on the “checkout” button.
At this point you will have three options to complete the purchase:
ARE YOU A NEW CUSTOMER?
Then click the “register” button, selecting the appropriate button.
If this is your first SCM purchase, please follow the steps as “not yet an SCM customer”.
You will have to fill out a form with your contacts. Once done, you can send the registration.
You will receive an automatic email, in which you will have to click on “confirm registration”.
This will generate the sending of a second email from our system, containing your username and temporary password.
Access the e-commerce by clicking on the blue “login” button in the last email you received and enter your credentials. The portal will ask you to update your password.
Once done, you are ready to go!

No problem, proceed quickly with our guest checkout.
To do so, simply enter your email address and click the “continue as guest” button.
ARE YOU ALREADY OUR CUSTOMER?
Click on the “login” button, enter your login credentials to my SCM/my Portal and enjoy the experience on the SCM e-shop!

3 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT ▼
Payment can be made by credit card and business financing.
In any case, your order will be processed once the payment has been fully settled and received.
4 - DELIVERY ▼
You can receive your order directly at the address provided (shipping costs will appear in the order summary).
Alternatively, you can collect the machine directly from our SCM headquarters.
The machines are ready for delivery, so you can receive them within 10 working days from receipt of payment.
5 - INSTALLATION ▼
For some machines, when you add them to your cart, you will see that an installation service is required.
A qualified technician will install the machine directly at your company headquarters.
For some products, installation is optional and you can decide whether to add it to your cart at the same time as purchasing the machine.
