Thanks to the multiblades, planks of varying thickness are cut into smaller sections for different usages: from roof beams in homes and buildings, to planks for parquet flooring, right up to the construction of structures for buildings.

Advantages

For the maximum safety class m 3 is equipped with 4 anti-kickback finger barriers: three top and one bottom and a chip deflector screen between the three top barriers. 

Practical and easy to use: the infeed fence is fitted with selflocking lever which can be operated single-handed. 



Extremely substantial feed belt which is directly driven through its robust belt links,  

without the interposition of chains so as to ensure high straighteness. 

The conical coupling of the saw blade shaft sleeve with the base of spindle ensures longer blade life and higher output.

  • Cast-iron monoblock base for the maximum structural rigidity  

  • Setting up operations can be carried out rapidly: the adjustment of spindle, pressure rollers and feed speed is carried out by hand wheels according to graduated scale and direct reading. 

  • The perfect belt straightness is due to the sliding guides, one of which has a prismatic shape, made with a low friction coefficient 

  • Great practicality: the feed belt is equipped with automatic lubrication 

  • A clutch on the belt feed variator ensures total safety in the event of accidental stopping 

  • The centralized control panel is equipped with an ammeter to allow the operator to obtain maximum performance without overloading the motor 

  • Unwanted movement of saw blade shaft sleeve is prevented by the aggressive surface of the feed belt and the 4 pressure rollers (2 in front and 2 behind the blades). These advanced features ensure maximum straightening and excellent cutting quality, minimizing the quantity of stock removal in successive machining. 

  • The saw blade shaft sleeve can be quickly fitted into spindle and easily locked with a special key. 

  • Extra shaft sleeve with rings and flanges 95 mm for 300 mm blade diam., 100mm max. workpiece height
