The minimax st 4e is the saw-spindle moulder designed for craftsmen and demanding joineries, offering the performance of a single-function machines to meet the needs for flexibility and "elite" finishing. Equipped with a highly solid and rigid saw unit, it guarantees a perfect and precise cutting result, thanks to the squaring frame with a telescopic fence and two reversible stops. Maximum versatility and stability are ensured by the spindle moulder group in all operating conditions.

HIGH STABILITY AND RIGIDITY OF THE SAW UNIT FOR A PERFECT CUT
The new saw unit closed loop structure is made of a heavy cast iron and is supported firmly under the table by two lateral supports in a crescent shape. These solutions give strength and rigidity, guaranteeing perfect cutting results. The saw unit can be equipped, on request, with scoring blade for perfect cutting even on veneered panels. The scoring blade is an optional available in two versions: with belt transmission from the main motor and with an independent motor 0.75 HP (0.55 kW). The maximum diameter allowed for the main saw is 315 mm with scoring blade mounted.
SQUARING FRAME OF LARGE DIMENSIONS AND TELESCOPIC SQUARING FENCE WITH 2 REVERSIBLE STOPS: TOP QUALITY PRECISION AND SLIDING
Optimal support also to larger pieces, with the sliding table 360 mm wide. Exceptional precision and smoothness: to secure the guides it is not used glue, since the thickness could affect sliding. They are secured with a procedure of aluminum riveting.
SPINDLE MOULDER UNIT: THE BEST VERSATILITY AND STABILITY IN ALL USE CONDITIONS
Maximum stability and rigidity in all working conditions, thanks to a large spindle moulder column made entirely of cast iron. The 4 standard speed are ideal for any type of machining, from moulding to routing and tenoning, with the possibility to fit tools up to 275 mm of diameter. The spindle is surrounded by a cast iron “cup” to protect the internal mechanical components from shavings and sawdust.
- SCM Thundercut App for mobile devices: manage your machine stock and the material and panel magazine, optimize cutting lists, choosing from one or more proposals of the optimization software integrated into the App and set the machine correctly for each cut to be made.
- Cast iron saw unit with lifting system by means of "dove-tail" guideways and tilting on side trunnions
- Anodized aluminum alloy carriage (dimensions 360 x 1600 mm) sliding on hardened steel guides, which are fixed on the carriage by means of mechanical bending system
- Squaring frame (dimensions 1200 x 650 mm) with:
-telescopic fence with 2 flip-over stops

-swinging arm support
-idle roller to facilitate the panel loading/unloading - Dedicated saw parallel fence with:
