The minimax tw 45 classic is a compact spindle moulder designed for moulding, profiling, and tenoning. It features a large cast iron worktable, interchangeable spindle, and a sliding table for versatility. With precise machining and safety features like a cast-iron gate and fine fence adjustments, it is ideal for DIY woodworkers and craftsmen.
Professional and very sturdy
The unit has a cast iron structure. It is closed off by a cast iron “cup” to protect mechanical components inside the machine from sawdust, shavings and dirt. Precise and safe machining with the spindle moulder fence with micrometric adjustment complete with vertical and horizontal pressers.
Customizable for any requirement
The 270 mm sliding table on tw 45c, provides a greater support, very useful also for tenoning. Precise cuttings, even for large work pieces, with the support frame (option) with telescopic fence.
As option it is available the spindle moulder hood that uses a system for adjusting the guides with a rack and it is fitted with a mechanical digital readout. Thanks to the system of memories the hood can be removed and repositioned without losing the machining position. The maximum tool diameter during moulding operations is 240 mm.

- The sliding table runs on an exclusive slide way system consisting of calibrated and hardened F550 SX steel guides which grant an absolute long lasting precision
- The support table has an angular profiling device with excludable stops that is very useful also for small work pieces
